Adventure days

Some dogs want more than a quick walk. I also offer bigger outing days with extra time outside.

Home stays familiar

If your pets do better in their own space, I keep things steady while you're away.

One-on-one care

This is a one-person business, so your pets get my full attention every visit.

Travel help

Heading out of town? I can cover walks, meals, and check-ins while you're gone.

Services

Walks, visits, and longer stays for Calgary pets

Some families need a weekday dog walk. Some need help for a trip. Some just want someone their pets already know. I can help with all of that.

Dog walking

I offer neighbourhood walks for dogs who need a break while you're at work or out for the day.

Great for weekday exercise and getting some wiggles out.

Pet sitting

I stop in, feed, refresh water, keep pets company, and help the house feel normal while you're away.

Best for pets who would rather stay home than go elsewhere.

Vacation stays

If you're travelling, I can cover longer stretches so the day-to-day stuff still gets done on time.

A good fit for holidays, work trips, and longer time away.

Adventure days

For dogs who love a bigger outing, I also do longer park and trail days with more time to explore.

Perfect for social dogs who think one walk is never enough.
The Story

What started as a side passion in 2024 is now my full-time work

I started JD's Paw-Tastic Pals in 2024 because I love animals and wanted to help people who needed an extra hand. In 2025, it became my full-time work, and dog walking grew right along with it.

  • Started as a side passion in 2024 and became full-time in 2025.
  • Built on a real love of animals and a lot of patience.
  • Added more dog walking as the business grew.
  • Kept growing through repeat clients, vacation stays, and everyday visits.

Park days with personality

Some dogs turn every park trip into an event. I'm happy to keep up.

Calm comfort at home

Not every pet wants a big outing. Some just want their spot, their blanket, and a quiet visit.

Two-dog household visits

Two dogs, two personalities, one visit. That's part of the fun.

Familiar faces on repeat visits

Seeing the same dogs again is one of the best parts of this work. They remember me, and I remember how they like things.

Outdoor park pack time

For dogs who love the social side of life, extra outside time goes a long way.

Gentle attention indoors

Older dogs and homebodies need care too. Sometimes the job is just keeping things easy.

Quiet reassurance indoors

Some of the best visits are the quiet ones. A little company goes a long way.
